1. Booking & Payment
- A booking is confirmed once a holding fee (or full payment, as agreed) is received.
- Full payment must be received one month before the event date unless otherwise arranged.
- Jurassic Mark reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment terms are not met.
2. Booking Requirements
The client must provide the following to ensure a safe and successful dinosaur appearance:
- Parking spaces for the ranger.
- Access to a power supply.
- Notify Jurassic Mark if the venue is not easily accessible or not on the ground floor.
- Notify us if the venue for your event has changed.
- Accurately provide all information needed to fulfil your booking.
- Provide a contact for any questions regarding the event.
3. Event Details
- The client must provide accurate event details, including date, time, location, and any special requirements.
- The client is responsible for ensuring the venue is safe and suitable for the dinosaur appearance.
4. Safety & Supervision
- Jurassic Mark ensures the baby dinosaur is safe and interactive.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- The client must notify Jurassic Mark of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Booking fees are transferable but non-refundable.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will result in the loss of the holding booking fee.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may forfeit any additional payments.
- If Jurassic Mark must cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
6. Conduct
- Jurassic Mark reserves the right to refuse service or leave the venue if guests behave in a way that is unsafe or disruptive.
7. Liability
- Jurassic Mark is fully insured.
- Jurassic Mark is not liable for any damage to property or injury caused by negligence of guests or failure to follow instructions.
8. Media & Photography
- Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
- The client must notify Jurassic Mark in advance if they do not consent to media use.
9. Documentation & Information Requests
- You acknowledge that any documentation, credentials, or additional information required from us — for either you or the venue hosting your event — must be requested in a timely manner, no later than one month prior to your booking.
- This may include, but is not limited to: insurance documents, Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) reports, Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificates, risk assessments, and vehicle details.
- Jurassic Mark / Moji Entertainer Ltd shall not be held liable for failure to provide documentation not requested within the specified timeframe.
- Moji Entertainer Ltd cannot be held responsible for any shortfall in services due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, or failure to request any required documentation in a timely manner.
10. Changes to Terms
- Jurassic Mark reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any significant changes prior to confirmed bookings.
